Our conference tradition was always to have cinnamon rolls waiting for the men after priesthood session... But now that my parents are gone (moved) - we have set a new tradition. I made some this morning to eat during conference. And they were DElCIOUS! Not moms recipe (sorry mom), but a worthy competitor. A more beginner recipe since this was my first time. And the best part is that it only made this pan, so I didn't have a TON left to fill our bellies!
Yum, right? They are "everyday cinnamon rolls" from Our Best Bites. Totally worth trying. I think they took me less than an hour to make, not including cooking time.

After the first session this morning we jumped in the car and drive up AF canyon to see the leaves. L was SO excited! She collected them in her bag so she could bring them home.
Isn't she the cutest?
Here is her collection:
And for all of you who who have asked for a picture or those of who you didn't know or remember - her baby brother is coming in January! She loves him. She talks to him often, gives him kisses, and hugs him. We are so excited for his arrival. L asked the other day, "is J (he has a name) coming out soon?" I think she totally gets it!
So here is a picture (there won't be many!!) of my ever growing belly, and sweet kisses to her brother.
6.5 months down. 3 more to go. I feel like my belly is growing so fast, he must be a big boy!
We had lots of fun walking around up there. Can you see snow in that last picture? It's coming! I just hope that fall doesn't go by too fast, like it always does.
Happy conference weekend! Hope yours was as good as ours :)
